Refund policy

1. Once purchased from our website, Team Nutgram is not entitled to exchange or return.

2. However, if you find any defect or damage of any particular product inside the box, we would like you to notify us or send it back to our registered address within 7 days of receiving the product. We will generate a refund for the same. The refund will be initiated once we receive the product and will take a maximum of 14 days.

3. Once we receive the product ,the refund will be processed in the next 3-4 working days and will be credited in the customers account in the next  7-14 working days
